on the warrant of the comptroller, which said comptroller is

of St. Mary's county, the sum of three dollars and thirty-five cents,

AN ACT to protect the owners of ducking ponds of Dorchester


county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That it shall not be lawful for any person or persons to shoot or


trap wild fowl or other game without the consent of the owner in
