sixteen A, and one hundred and sixteen B, one hundred and


sixteen G, one hundred and sixteen D, one hundred and sixteen


E, one hundred and sixteen F and one hundred and sixteen G


of sub-title "County Treasurer."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Maryland,


That sections ninety, one hundred and one, one hundred and


three of sub-title "County Commissioners," sections one hundred


and sixteen, one hundred and seventeen of sub-title "County


Treasurer," sections one hundred and eighty, one hundred and


eighty-one of sub-title "Jurors," in article seventeen, of the Code


of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's county," be and


they hereby are repealed and thereupon re-enacted and other sec-


tions to be designated respectively "eighty-five A," to follow next


after eighty-five of said article in sub-title "Clerk of the Circuit

Court," one hundred and two A and one hundred and two B, to


follow next after one hundred and two of said article in sub-title


"County Commissioners," and one hundred and sixteen A, one


hundred and sixteen B, one hundred and sixteen C, one hundred


and sixteen D, one hundred and sixteen E, one hundred and six-


teen F and one hundred and sixteen G, to follow next after one


hundred and sixteen of said article in sub-title "County Treas-


urer," are hereby enacted so that the same shall respectively


read as follows :


85 A. On or before the first Monday in January of each year,


the clerk of the circuit court for Prince George's county shall


deliver to the county commissioners of said county a chrono-


logical and alphabetized list of every transfer or conveyance of

real property whether by deed or decree of the court recorded by

convey-
ances.

him up to that date within the year next preceding, which list


shall state the date of execution and of the recording of each


transfer, the consideration named therein, the name of each


grantor, the name of each grantee, the location, name and acreage


of the tract or premises, if mentioned, and the nature of such


transfer whether absolute or as a mortgage or security, and the


liber and page of the record thereof; for such list he shall be en-


titled to have and be paid compensation at the rate of ten cents


for each transfer so listed as now provided by law for payment


of other fees and charges against said security in his behalf.


90. He shall make full, complete and accurate minutes of all


transactions and proceedings of the board of county commission-


ers and of all orders passed by said board, and record the same in


suitable and durably bound volumes with index to facilitate ref-


erence to all such transactions, proceedings and orders; he shall
