	their branches, and may be for such periods and upon such terms
	as may be agreed upon between the parties thereto, and shall
	operate to confer upon the Potomac Valley railroad company all
	the powers to use and operate the roads and property so leased
	which the lessor or lessors thereof may possess and have power to
	grant by such lease; the said Potomac Valley railroad company
	is further authorized and empowered to contract with any of the
	companies whose roads and other property it is hereby authorized
	to lease, for the purchase of said roads and other property or any
	part thereof, and to purchase the same and receive conveyance	May ac-

	hold with all the rights of an owner, shares of the capital stock

	CHAPTER 128.
	AN ACT further to amend the charter of the Western Maryland
	tidewater railroad company to enlarge its powers, to provide the
	mode of constructing the road of said company within the city
	of Baltimore, and to prescribe the terms and conditions upon
	which said company may acquire and use a right of way through
	certain property of the Northern Central railway company and
	across the tracks of said Northern Central railway company in
	the city of Baltimore.
	WHEREAS, by the charter of the Western Maryland tidewater
	railroad company, the said company is authorized to construct a	Preamble
