SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the clerk of the Circuit

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the cost and ex-

pense of the work so directed to be done shall be

paid by Anne Arundel county, and the County

Commissioners for said county are hereby authorized
and required to levy such sum as may be necessary

to pay for the same, upon the certificate of the said

clerk of the Circuit Court, showing the amount and

that said work has been satisfactorily performed.

Effective.

SEC. 3. And be enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

bly of Maryland to a legacy bequeathed by the last

will and testament of Mary Miller, late of Wash-

ington county, deceased, to the trustees of the

Lutheran Congregation of St. Paul church, Wash-
