No. 452. An act to repeal section eight of the act of eighteen

hundred and seventy-eight, chapter one hundred and nine-

ty-five, entitled "An act to consolidate the Baltimore and

Hampden and Towsontown Railroad Company," incorpor-

ated by the act of the General Assembly of Maryland,

passed in eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter three

hundred and fourteen, under the name of the Baltimore

and Swan Lake Passenger Railroad Company, as amended

by the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter

two hundred and seventy-two, and the Baltimore, Towson-

town, Dulaney's Valley and Delta Narrow Gauge Railway

Company, as incorpoiated under the provisions of the act

of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter four hundred

and seventy-six, with powers to construct, manage and

operate a railway from the city of Baltimore, through

Baltimore and Harford counties, to a point on the Penn-

sylvania line near Delta, and to re enact the same with

amendments, and to supplement said act of eighteen hun-

dred and seventy-eight, chapter one hundred and ninety-

five, by adding thereto certain other sections..................
