	No. 1. An act to repeal sub-section one of section eighty-	PAGE.
	seven of article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws,
	entitled "Frederick County," sub-title "Frederick," as
	enacted by chapter four hundred and sixty-four of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, relating to the ap- pointment of Officers of Registration for the aldermanic
	districts of Frederick city, and to enact the following sub-
	section in lieu of the same.........................................	3
	No. 2. An act to give the consent of the State to the pur-
	chase of certain lots of ground in the City of Baltimore
	by the United States of America, for the purpose of erect-
	ing a building for a Post Office, Court House and other
	Public Offices, and to cede to the United States of Ameri-
	ca jurisdiction over the same, and authorizing the Mayor
	and City Council of Baltimore to grant and convey cer-
	tain lots of ground belonging to them to the United

	No. 3. An act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of
	Baltimore to issue bonds of said city to an amount not ex-
	ceeding two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, as pro-
	vided by an ordinance of said Mayor and City Council of
	Baltimore, entitled " An ordinance for the improvement
	of Harford Run and for the construction of a Lateral
	Sewer under the beds of certain streets, and to provide
	for defraying the costs of the same. Approved October

	the grounds, buildings and appurtenances known as the
