CHAPTER 452.

AN ACT to repeal section eight of the act of

eighteen hundred and seventy- eight, chapter one

hundred and ninety-five, entitled "An act to con-

solidate the Baltimore and Hampden and Towson-

town Railroad Company," incorporated by the act

of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed in

eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter three

hundred and fourteen, under the name of the Bal-

timore and Swan Lake Passenger Railroad Com-

pany, as amended by the act of eighteen hundred

and seventy-four, chapter two hundred and sev-

enty-two, and the Baltimore, Towsontown, Du-

laney's Yalley and Delta Narrow Gauge Railway

Company, as incorporated under the provisions of

the act of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter

four hundred and seventy-six, with powers to con-

struct, manage and operate a railway from the

city of Baltimore, through Baltimore and Harford

counties, to a point on the Pennsylvania line near

Delta, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

and to supplement said act of eighteen hundred

and seventy-eight, chapter one hundred and nine-

ty-five, by adding thereto certain other sections.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
