AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and forty-


one of the acts passed at January session, eigh-

county," and to re-enact the same with amend-


ments, and add additional sections thereto.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for


any person or persons to employ any canoe, boat or
