	CHAPTER 446.
	AN ACT to amend article four of the Code of Pub-
	lic Local Laws of this State, title " City of Bal-
	timore," sub-title "Live Stock," by adding an
	additional section to said sub-title, relating to the
	leasing of the State cattle yards and scales, and
	by repealing and re enacting, as amended, sections
	four hundred and sixty, four hundred and sixty-
	one, four hundred and sixty-two, four hundred and
	sixty-three, and section four hundred and sixty-
	nine, as the same was amended by the act of
	eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter three
	hundred and twenty-eight, and section four hun-
	dred and seventy of said article four, and said
	sub-title " Live Stock," as the same was amended
	by the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-four,
	chapter three hundred and twenty-eight, and to
	repeal sections four hundred and sixty-four and
	four hundred and seventy-five of said sub-title, as
	amended by the act of eighteen hundred and
	sixty-four, chapter three hundred and twenty-eight,
	and also to repeal sections four hundred and
	seventy-two and four hundred and seventy-three
	of said article four, and sub-title " Live Stock."
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That article four of the Code of Pub- lic Local Laws of this State, title " City of Balti-	Additional sections.
	more," subtitle "Live Stock," be and the same is
	hereby amended, by adding the following additional
	sections thereto :
	SEC. — . The Board of Public Works in this State
	is authorized and directed to lease the State cattle	Lease State
	yards and scales, upon such terms as shall be satis-	cattle yards.
