CHAPTER 409.

AN ACT to enable the Mayor and City Council of
|

|
|
|
Baltimore city to appropriate money for the relief of
|
|
|
|
|
disabled and superannuated firemen of Baltimore
|
|
|
|
|
city.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the Mayor aud City Coun-
|
|
|
|
|
cil of Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized
|
|
|
|
|
and empowered to appropriate a sum of money, an-
nually, for the relief of disabled and superannuated
firemen of Baltimore city, not exceeding the sum of
|

disbursed under the control and supervision of the

Board of Fire Commissioners of Baltimore city.

Association of Cecil county. "

|

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That L. R. Kirk, M. D., Alfred Kirk,

|
|
|
Ellis P. Passmore, G. S. Dare, M. D., James M.
|
|
|
|
|
Evans, Joshua T. Riale and John Hammersmith,
|
|
|
|
|
and all and every person or persons who with them
|
|
|
|
|
or in their stead shall hereafter become associated
|

with them, their successors and assigns, shall be and

are hereby created and declared to be a body corpo-

rate and politic, by the name and style of the "Ris-

sion, and be capable in law of purchasing, holding,
