	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the Comptroller of this State
	be and he is hereby directed to draw his warrant	Draw war-
	upon the Treasurer in favor of Bartlett, Bobbins and	rant.
	Company, of Baltimore, for the sum of three hun-
	dred and ten dollars and twenty-two cents, to pay
	the above-mentioned claim.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.

	CHAPTER 366.
	AN ACT to repeal chapter thirty-nine of the acts
	of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, entitled "An
	act to provide for the repair and improvement of
	the public roads in Calvert county," and to repeal
	chapter three hundred and fifty-eight of the acts
	of eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled "An
	act supplementary to an act passed at the January
	session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two," enti-
	tled "An act to provide for the repair and improve-
	ment of the public roads in Calvert county," and
	to enact a substitute therefor.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

	of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, entitled "An
	act to provide for the repair and improvement of the public roads in Calvert county," and chapter three
