	of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title " Talbot	Additional
	county," sub-title "Easton," be and the same is	section
	hereby amended by adding thereto the additional
	section thirty-one, and to be known as :
	SEC. 31 A. And be it enacted, That the taxable
	limits of the town of Easton, Talbot county, Mary-
	land, in addition to the boundaries of said town as
	now existing and described on the plats thereof, on
	record in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court
	for Talbot county, shall, from and after the passage
	of this act, be as follows : Beginning for the same at
	stone number three, being the north-east corner of
	the said town as originally laid down, and running
	north fifty-five and one-quarter degrees east, fifty-
	eight and one-half perches to a stone, being the north-	Taxable lim-

	hundred and twenty-nine and two-fifths perches
	to a stone, for the north-west corner, thence south
	two hundred perches to a stone, for the south-
	west corner, thence east two hundred and forty-eight
	and three-fifths perches to a stone, for the south east
	corner, thence north one hundred and eighteen perch-
	es to a stone, thence thirteen and one-half degrees
	west, eighty-four perches to the place of beginning,
	as per plat and survey of lines for the extension of
	the said town, made by James M. Tharp, surveyor,
	the twenty-eighth day of January, eighteen hundred
	and eighty.
	SEC. 31 B. And be it enacted, That the Commis-
	sioners of Easton, duly elected and qualified in ac-
	cordance with the Acts of Assembly in said case,
	made and provided, shall have full power and au-
	thority to assess, levy and collect within the addi-	Power to as-
