	CHAPTER 354.
	AN ACT to repeal section ten of article forty-one
	of the Code of Public General Laws, title " Fish
	and Fisheries," and to re-enact the same with
	amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That section ten of article forty-one of the Code of Public General Laws, title " Fish	Repealed and re-enacted.
	and Fisheries," be and the same is hereby repealed
	and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
	SEC. 10. No float or other device for fishing shall
	be anchored or located at any place, so as to inter-	Not to inter-
