CHAPTER 332.

|
AN ACT for the relief of the Bar Association of
|
|
|
|
|
Allegany county.
|
|
|
|
|
WHEREAS a number of the members of the Bar
|
|
|
|
|
of Allegany county have formed themselves into an
|
|
|
|
|
association, and have become incorporated under the
|
|
|
|
|
General Laws of this State, under the name of the
|
|
|
|
|
Bar Association of Allegany county, one of the
|
Preamble.
|
|
|
|
objects of said association being to secure a library for
|
|
|
|
|
the use of its members ; and whereas it is to the in-
|
|
|
|
|
terest of the State and people that such aims should
|
|
|
|
|
be encouraged, furthered and advanced ; therefore,
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
|
|
|
|
|
bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners
of said Allegany county be and are hereby empow-
|
|
|
|
|
ered and directed to furnish to said association, free of
|
|
|
|
|
rent, a room in the court house building of said
county, to be used by its members for the general
|

missioners are hereby directed to require the janitor
|
|
|
|
|
of said court house building to give said room the
|
|
|
|
|
same care and attention as other parts of said
