and faithful performance of his or their duty as ex-

State of Maryland, and enure to the benefit of any


person or persons aggrieved, injured or damnified in


any manner by the proceedings of said examiner or


examiners.


SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That if any such exam-


iner or examiners shall die, or refuse or neglect to


file the said bond, or proceed with the duties requir-


ed of them by this act, at any time after their ap-


pointment, the said county commissioners, upon

SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That all moneys re-


ceived by any such examiner or examiners for bene-


fits, or from any other source in connection with the


opening, paving, grading and curbing of any street,
alley-way or thoroughfare, under the provisions of


this act, shall be deposited, as required by section


seven of this act, in some bank in the city of Balti-
