	CHAPTER 261.
	AN ACT to amend chapter one hundred and eight
	of the Acts of Assembly, passed at the January
	session of one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
	eight, entitled an act to add an additional article
	to the Code of Public Local Laws, to be entitled
	Garrett county, by a'dding thereto a section to be
	known as section twenty, " B, " providing for the
	appointment of Road Supervisors by the county
	commissioners.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and
	eight of the Acts of Assembly, passed at the January
	session, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-	Section add-
	eight, entitled an act to add an additional article to	ed.
	the Code of Public Local Laws, to be entitled " Gar-
	rett county," be and the same is hereby amended by
	adding thereto a section to be known as section
	twenty, " B," and to read as follows :
	SECTION 20. " B." The county commissioners shall
	annually appoint at their meeting in January one	Appoint road
