	CHAPTER 220.
	AN ACT to pay Mrs. Mary Denney, of Howard
	county, back pension due her.
	WHEREAS Mary Denney, of Howard county, the
	daughter of a soldier of the revolutionary war, was
	entitled to a pension from the State, but by an omis-	Preamble
	sion her name was not put upon the pension rolls ;
	therefore —
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the State
	is hereby authorized and directed to issue his war-
	rant to the Treasurer, to pay to Mary Denney, of Howard county, an annual pension of eighty dollars,	Pay pension
	beginning from the first day of January, eighteen
	hundred and seventy, to January first, eighteen hun-
	dred and seventy-eight.

	CHAPTER 221.
	AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
	Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to regu-
	late travel over the bridges in said county.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-	Regulate
	bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners	travel over
