	chapter four hundred and nine, entitled " An act to
	amend and add additional sections to the act passed
	at the January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
	seven, of the General Assembly of Maryland, enti-
	tled " An act to establish and incorporate an Asy-
	lum for the Deaf and Dumb of the State of Mary-
	land, to follow section thirteen," to follow section
	sixteen.
	SEC. 17. And be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the following clause in sec-
	tion one, chapter two hundred and forty-seven, of	Stricken oat
	the act passed by the General Assembly of Mary-	and substi-
	land at the January session, eighteen hundred and	tuted.
	sixty-seven, entitled " An act to establish and incor-
	porate an Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb of the
	State of Maryland," to wit : The President and
	Visitors of the Asylum for Deaf and Dumb Mutes
	of the State of Maryland be and the same is hereby
	stricken out, and the following substituted in lieu
	thereof, viz. : " The President and Visitors of the
	Maryland School for the Deaf and Dumb."
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	Effective.

CHAPTER 20.

AN ACT to amend and re-enact as amended sec-
tion one hundred and fifty-one of article eighty-
one of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to the method of Taxing the Stock and Property
of Corporations in the State, as the same was
enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and
seventy-eight, chapter one hundred and seventy-
eight.
