CHAPTER 198.


AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and eighty-


one of the acts passed at the January session,


eighteen hundred and seventy-four, heing an act


to repeal article seventy-one of the Code of Pub-


lic General Laws, titled " Oysters," as amended


and re-enacted by chapter three hundred and sixty-


four of the acts passed at January session, eighteen


hundred and seventy, and also chapter one hun-


dred and sixty-seven of the acts passed at Janu-


ary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two,


and to re-enact the same with amendments and


add additional sections thereto.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-
