	CHAPTER 188.
	AN ACT to amend chapter one hundred and eight,
	entitled "An act to add an additional article to the
	Code of Public Local Laws," entitled " Garrett
	County," of the acts of eighteen hundred and sev-
	enty-eight, by adding thereto certain additional
	sections, to be numbered sections one hundred and
	thirty-four, one hundred and thirty-five, one hun-
	dred and thirty-six, one hundred and thirty-seven,
	one hundred and thirty-eight, one hundred and
	thirty-nine, one hundred and forty, one hundred
	and forty-one, one hundred and forty-two, one
	hundred and forty-three, one hundred and forty-
	four, one hundred and forty-five, one hundred and
	forty-six, one hundred and forty-seven, one hun-
	dred and forty-eight and one hundred and forty-
	nine, under the sub-title " Intoxicating Liquors,"
	to regulate the sale of intoxicating liquors in Gar-
	rett county, and the granting of licenses therefor.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That chapter one hundred and
	eight of the acts passed at the January session of
	eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An
	act to add an additional article to the Code of Pub-
	lic Local Laws," entitled " Garrett County," be and
