CHAPTER 150.

AN ACT to prohibit the granting of license for the

sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager

beer, at or within three miles of the village of

Savage, in Howard county.

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That hereafter it shall not be law-

ful for the clerk of the Circuit Court of Howard

county, to issue a license to any person or persons,
