CHAPTER 149.


AN ACT to amend article thirty of the Code or


Public General Laws of this State, title "Crimes


and Punishments," sub-title " Gaming," by amend-


ing and re-enacting as amended, sections fifty-nine,


sixty and sixty-six of said article thirty.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That sections fifty-nine, sixty and
