in any county in this State, before whom is brought


for trial any person or persons charged with the vio-


lation of any of the provisions of this act, to admit


the President of the Society for the Prevention of


Cruelty to Animals, or the counsel of said society,


to aid any State's Attorney in the prosecution of


such person or persons.


SEC. 5. And be it enacted. That any person or


persons who shall keep or use any bull, bear or dog

and be punished by a fine of not less than twenty
