CHAPTER 128.


AN ACT to amend tho act of eighteen hundred and


sixty-four, chapter one hundred and eight, incor-


porating the South Baltimore Chemical Works,


by substituting the name of Thomas C. Chappell


for that of Philip S. Chappell, now deceased, as a


corporator, commissioner and director thereunder.


SECTJON 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assem-


bly of Maryland, That the first section of the act


of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter one


hundred and eight, incorporating the South Balti-
more " Chemical Work," since named the Chappell


Chemical and Fertiliser Company, by the act of

hundred and thirty-seven, be and the same is hereby


amended by substituting therein for the name of


Philip S. Chappell, since deceased, the name of his


son, and successor in business, Thomas C. Chappell,


of the city of Baltimore.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Thomas


C. Chappell be and he is hereby substituted for his
