	CHAPTER 108.
	AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners
	of Anne Arundel county to refund to Noah H.
	Green, and to Thomas M. Green, or to one of
	them, the amount of taxes paid by them, or either
	of them, on property erroneously assessed to them,
	or to either of them, when satisfied that such taxes
	were paid on property which should not have been assessed.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the County Commissioners	County Com-
	for Anne Arundel county be and they are hereby authorized to inquire and ascertain if Noah H. Green	missioners to refund.
	and Thomas M. Green, or either of them, have paid
	taxes upon property erroneously charged upon the
	assessment books, and if satisfied that such taxes
	have been paid on such property, then the said coun- ty commissioners are hereby authorized and directed
	to refund to the party so paying said taxes the
	amount eo erroneously paid.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this act shall take	Effective.
	affect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal sections seven and twenty of
article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Frederick county," sub-title "Alms
House," and to re-enact the same in an amended
form.
