	said clerk a bond to the State of Maryland in the
	sum of ten thousand dollars, to be approved by said
	clerk, for the faithful performance of the require-
	ments of this act, and any pawnbroker who shall
	violate this section by failure to file such bond or	Penalty for
	obtain the license as aforesaid, though continuing to	violation.
	transact the business of a pawnbroker, shall be
	deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, on con-
	viction thereof, be fined the sum of five hundred
	dollars, or be imprisoned in the city jail for the
	term of six months, or both, in the discretion of the
	court.

thirty-two, one hundred and thirty-three, one
hundred and thirty-four, one hundred and thirty-
five, one hundred and thirty-six, one hundred and
thirty-seven, one hundred and thirty-eight, one
hundred and thirty-nine, one hundred and forty,
one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-
two, one hundred and forty-three, one hundred
and forty-four, one hundred and forty-five, one
hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-
seven, one hundred and forty-eight, one hundred
and forty-nine, and one hundred and fifty of arti-
cle twenty of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Talbot county, relating to the town of Saint Mi-
chaels, and re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add two additional sections thereto.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-
