sum of ten thousand dollars, to be approved by said

ments of this act, and any pawnbroker who shall

hundred and thirty-nine, one hundred and forty,
one hundred and forty-one, one hundred and forty-
two, one hundred and forty-three, one hundred
and forty-four, one hundred and forty-five, one
hundred and forty-six, one hundred and forty-
seven, one hundred and forty-eight, one hundred
and forty-nine, and one hundred and fifty of arti-
cle twenty of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Talbot county, relating to the town of Saint Mi-
chaels, and re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add two additional sections thereto.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That sections one hundred and
thirty, one hundred and thirty-one, one hundred and
