	SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts	Inconsistent

	CHAPTER 8.
	AN ACT to repeal an act entitled an act passed at
	January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
	eight, chapter thirty-six, directing the Clerk of the
	Circuit Court of Baltimore county to make and
	transmit to the Treasurer of said county abstracts
	of conveyances and assignments of real estate
	lodged for record in his office.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
	bly of Maryland, That the act passed at January
	session, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, chapter thirty-six, directing the Clerk of the Circuit Court	Repealed.
