said board shall continue in office until a new election and
appointment shall be had.

494. Five of said managers shall constitute a quorum for
the transaction of business.

beneficial or otherwise, of the said association.

his office, shall give bond in the penal sum of five thousand
dollars for the faithful discharge of the duties of his office.
