APPRENTICES.

1. Jurisdiction of orphans' court.

1. The orphans' court may hear and determine all matters
in dispute between masters and apprentices; may grant releases
to apprentices; may re-bind apprentices that may be released,
for cause or otherwise, and shall have jurisdiction in all
matters pertaining to masters and apprentices.
