or order of the said court may be enfored by attachment and
sequestration as aforesaid; and if the said judgment, decree,
decision or order be for the payment of money the property
sequestered may, at the discretion of the court, be applied to
the purpose for which such judgment, decree, decision or order
was given; and if the judgment, decree, decision or order shall
be for the payment of costs, and the party or parties against
whom the said judgment, decree, decision or order for the
payment of costs shall be rendered shall be entitled to a dis-
tributive share of the estate in which the suit is involved, the
court may order said costs to be paid out of said distributive
share.

261. The register of wills in each county and of the city
of Baltimore, before he acts as such, shall give bond with two
good and sufficient securities in the penal sum of seven thou-
sand dollars, payable to this State, conditioned for the faithful
performance of his said office of register of wills, which bond
shall be taken and securities approved by the judges of the
orphans' court and recorded in the office of the clerk of the
circuit court for the county, or the superior court of Baltimore
city, as the case may be; and every register shall renew his
bond on or before the thirty-first day of December in every
second year.
