153. The first congressional district shall be composed of
Worcester county, Somerset county, Wicomico county, Dor-
chester county, Talbot county, Queen Anne's county, Caroline
county, Kent county and Cecil county, and shall be entitled to
choose one representative in the house of representatives.

154. The second congressional district shall be composed
of the fifteenth and sixteenth wards of Baltimore city, as said
wards are numbered by the act of 1901, chapter 8, of Harford
