the game commonly called crap, or by any other device or
fraudulent trick whatsoever, on conviction thereof shall be
imprisoned not less than six months nor more than two years in
the House of Correction, and fined not exceeding one hundred
dollars, or both in the discretion of the court.

1900. Ch. 419.

136. Every person who shall, upon any pretense whatever,
come to hunt with gun or dog upon the lands of another, with-
out leave or license from the owner or possessors thereof first
had and obtained, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and
on conviction thereof before some justice of the peace in.
the county where the offense is committed be fined by said
justice of the peace not less than five nor more than twenty-
five dollars, and shall stand committed to the county jail until
such tine and costs are paid; provided, however, that the person
or persons so convicted shall have the right to appeal from the
judgment of said justice of the peace to the circuit court for
the county where the offense was committed, at any time within
ten days after such judgment is rendered.

138C. For the purpose of sections 138c, 138D and 138E the
standard for pure milk shall be not more than eighty-seven and
one-half per centum of water or fluids, and not less than twelve
and one-half per centum of milk solids, of which at least three
and one-half per centum shall be butter fats.

138D. For the purposes of said sections milk shall be deemed
to be sophisticated, adulterated or unwholesome when it does
not contain twelve and one-half per centum of milk solids,
of which three and one-half per centum shall be butter fata; or
to which has been added salt, boracic acid, salicylic acid, salicy-
late of soda, formaldehyde -or any other acid, drug, compound or
substance, or to which ice or water has been added for any pur-
pose whatsoever; or which has been taken from an animal ten
