facture, sell or exchange, offer for sale or exchange, expose for
sale or exchange, take orders for the future delivery of, have in
his possession, keep in storage, distribute, deliver, transfer or
convey, with intent to sell within this State, any article, product
or compound made wholly or partly out of any fat, oil or olea-
ginous substance or compound thereof not produced directly
and wholly from unadulterated milk or cream from the same,
which shall be in imitation or semblance of yellow butter pro-
duced from pure unadulterated milk or cream from the same;
provided that nothing in this section and in sections 89, 90 and
91 shall be construed to prohibit the manufacture or sale of
oleomargarine in separate form and in such manner as will advise
the purchasers and consumers of its real character, free from
'coloration or ingredients which cause it to look like yellow
butter, Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine
of not lees than one hundred dollars nor more than three hun-
dred dollars for the first offense, and by a tine of not less than
two hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by
such fine and three month's imprisonment for each subsequent
offense.

89. Whoever sells oleomargarine free from coloration or any
ingredients that cause it to look like yellow butter, as pro-
vided in the previous section, from any dwelling, store, office or
public market, shall have conspicuously posted therein a placard
or sign in plain Homan letters not less than four inches in length
"Oleomargarine Sold Here. " Any person neglecting or failing
to post the placard herein provided for shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than one
hundred dollars nor more than three hundred dollars for the
first offense, and one hundred dollars for each day's neglect so to
post placard thereafter, and by a fine of not less than two hun-
dred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by such fine
and three mouths' imprisonment for each subsequent offense.
