26. When the government of the United States has paid any
sum or sums into the Treasury of this State in settlement, or on
account of the claim or claims hereinbefore mentioned, the
Comptroller, upon the order of the Governor, shall draw his
warrant upon the Treasurer in favor of the agent or agents
aforesaid, or their successors, or the representatives of either of
them for such sum or sums as the Governor may direct, not
exceeding in the aggregate the rate hereinbefore fixed.

Antietem Battlefield Commission.

27. The "Antietam Battlefield Commission of Maryland" is
hereby authorized to transfer to the perpetual care of the govern-
ment of the United States the lot of ground, with improvements
thereon, situated at the intersection of the Hagerstown turnpike
and the Smoketown road, on the battlefield of Antietam, "Wash-
ington county, Maryland, acquired by the said commission under
chapter 294 of the acts of 1898.

WILD FOWL, BIRD5 AND GAME.

Otters-Mink-Raccoons—Muskrats.

30. Unlawful to catch otters, mink, raccoons or muskrats between 1st
April and 1st January.

31. Penalty. Excepted counties.

30. It shall be unlawful for any person to trap, catch or
kill any otter, mink, raccoon or muskrat within this State, or
have the same in his possession, if trapped, caught or killed
within this State, between the first day of April and the first day
of January in each year.
