ART. 78A] BOARD OF STATE SIDEPATH COMMISSIONERS. 127

1900, ch. 668.

11. Such board of State sidepath commissioners shall, on
entering upon its duties, and in each calendar year thereafter,
determine upon a form of license to be attached or affixed to a
bicycle, to be know as a bicycle sidepath license. Each such
license shall be valid during the calendar year for which it is
issued, and no longer. Every person shall be entitled to be fur-
nished by such board with such bicycle sidepath license upon the
payment of a fee of one dollar therefor.

12. No person shall drive or propel any vehicle, except a
bicycle, upon any of the sidepaths now constructed, or hereafter
to be constructed in any of the counties cf the State in which a
county board of sidepath commissioners have been appointed.
No person shall ride or propel any bicycle on any sidepath con-
structed, or hereafter to be constructed in such county, unless a
valid bicycle sidepath license be attached or affixed in plain view
to the head of the frame or left side of the front fork, as may be
determined by the said board of State sidepath commissioners.

13. No person shall drive or hitch any horse, cattle, sheep,
swine or other animal on any sidepath now constructed, or here-
after to be constructed, under the provisions of this sub-title.

14. No person shall willfully obstruct, injure or destroy any
sidepath, or any portion thereof now constructed, or to be con-
structed, under the provisions of this sub-title.

15. Bicycle riders riding in opposite directions on said path
shall turn to the right in passing, and every bicycle overtaking
another on said path shall turn to the left in passing.

16. The sidepaths heretofore constructed, and hereafter to be
