44 ALLEGANY COUNTY. [ART. 1.

P. L. L., (1860, ) art 1, sec. 59.

99. Any person in whose hands or custody any deer flesh or
skins shall be found, that shall not appear to have been killed
within said months, shall be prima facie deemed and adjudged
the killer or destroyer of such deer, and be liable to the afore-
going penalty.

100. Allegany, Cecil, Somerset, Calvert, "Washington, Prince
George's, St. Mary's, Caroline, Carroll, Queen Anne's, Dor-
chester, Wicomico, Montgomery, Worcester and Kent counties,
and Baltimore city, and all cities, towns or boroughs in which
dogs are taxed by municipal ordinance are exempted from the
operation of sections 157-162 of article 81 of the code of public
general laws, title " Revenue and Taxes. "

ELECTION DISTRICTS.

1878, ch. 203.

101. Allegany county is divided into fifteen election districts,
according to their present bounds and limits, and elections for
public officers shall be held in each of said districts at the places
which have been or may be designated by the county commis-
sioners.

102. If it shall at any time be deemed necessary to the con-
venience of voters in said county, or any part thereof, to increase
the number of election districts, or to alter or change the lines
between districts, or to change the place for holding the election
polls in any district in said county, then the county commissioners
of said county shall have power so to do.

103. If it shall at any time be deemed necessary to the con-
venience of voters in said county, or any part thereof, to sub-
divide any of the election districts of said county into two or
more election precincts, the county commissioners of said county
shall have power so to do, and in such event to provide all
