223. A writ of fieri facias, or an authenticated copy or record
thereof, issued on any judgment rendered before the first day of
January, in the year eighteen hundred and thirty-five, shall be
prima facie evidence of the judgment therein recited; and it
shall not be necessary to produce the original judgment or the
record thereof.

224. The register of wills of said county, in the recess of the
orphans' court of said county, may pass any account or claim
against the estate of a deceased person for any amount not exceed-
ing one hundred dollars, and on the .return of any inventory of
the personal estate of a deceased person, may pass an order for a
public sale of the property contained therein, in a case where, by
law, said court could have passed such order.

225. The county commissioners of Worcester county shall
have the power to sub-divide each or any of the election districts
of said county into road districts, and to appoint a road super-
visor for each of the said road districts.

226. Every male inhabitant above eighteen years of age, and
possessing taxable property assessed at five hundred dollars or
upwards, and every other male inhabitant between the ages of
twenty and fifty-five years of age, who shall have resided within
the limits of Worcester county for one month next preceding the
date when his services may be demanded, shall be required to
labor two days in every year on the public roads in the road dis-
trict in which he may reside; and the road supervisor, whenever
the public roads shall need repairs, shall summon all such persons
in his road district, or such number of them as he may deem.
