91. It shall not be necessary to publish the local laws relating
to Wicomico county in all the newspapers published in said
county.
REGISTER OF WILLS.
1880, ch. 218.
92. The register of wills of Wicomico county is authorized to
procure two large index books, one to be known as " index to
guardianships," and the other as " index to administrations," in
the former of which books he shall hereafter regularly enter
and record, in alphabetical order, the names of all guardians,
wards, dates of guardianships, penalty of each guardian bond,
names of the sureties on the same, date of each guardian account,
and the date of the filing of the receipt and release of guardian
from each ward, in each and every case; and in the other book
he shall enter and record the name of each administrator or ex-
ecutor, the name of each surety on each bond, penalty of said
bond, name of decedent, date of administration, date of the pas-
sage of each administration account, and date of each distribu-
tion.

93. He shall receive for making said entries only such fees as
are now allowed by law for docket entries to registers of wills.

94. In all cases where lands held in fee simple, or by lease, or
for life, or in any other manner, shall be sold for payment of
taxes in arrear in Wicomico county, according to the provisions
of article 81 of the code of public general laws, title "Revenue
and Taxes," it shall be the duty of the collectors of taxes for
said county to report said sale, together with all the proceed-
ings had in relation thereto, to the circuit court for Wicomico
county, which shall examine the said proceedings, and if the
same appear to be regular, and the provisions of said article
81 in relation thereto have been complied with, shall order
