by the burgess or commissioners of said town, to said jail for a
breach or violation of any of the ordinances of said corporation,
according to the tenor of the commitment, and in the same man-
ner and under the same regulations as persons committed for a
violation of the laws of this State.
BULLET PLAYING.
P. L. L., (1860,) art. 21, sec. 51.
57. No person shall play at bullets in the public streets of any
town in said county, or any of the public roads or highways thereof.

58. Any person violating the provisions of the preceding sec-
tion shall be liable to presentment and indictment in the circuit
court for said county, and upon conviction shall be fined, in the
discretion of the court, a sum not exceeding fifty dollars.
CIRCUIT COURT.

59. The regular law terms of the circuit court for Washing-
ton county shall commence on the second Monday of February,
the second Monday of May, and the third Monday of November,
in each and every year; and to each of said terms juries shall be
summoned and returned in the mode and manner prescribed by
law. There shall also be a term of said court, beginning on the
first Monday of August of each year, to which no jurors shall be
summoned, but to which process shall be also returnable, for the
entering of judgment in uncontested cases, and the transaction of
any business not requiring the presence or aid of a jury.

60. In addition to the first day of each term of the circuit
court for said county, the first Monday of January, April, July
and October, in each year, shall be return days for the return of
process in civil cases.
