for every day which shall elapse until such dog or bitch be re-
moved as aforesaid; all fines recovered under said section shall
be paid to the commissioners of Easton.

76. The said commissioners may also levy an annual tax of
fifty dollars on every person keeping a billiard table in said town.

77. Tuesday and Saturday in every week shall be market days
in Easton, and all victuals and provisions brought to said town
for sale shall be earned to the market-house, and there be sold at
the market hours, that is to say, from any time in the morning
until twelve at noon ; but fish and oysters, beef by the quarter or
larger quantity, pork by the hog, any kind of grain, flour and
bread, butter in firkins or other vessels, exceeding twenty pounds
net weight, cheese, beef and pork in barrels or larger casks, live
cattle, sheep and hogs, may be sold without taking them to said
market.

78. If any person shall buy any victuals or provisions of any
person in said town, either upon the stated market .days or on any
other days during market hours, at any other place than the
market-house, he shall forfeit the sum of five dollars.

79. If any person shall sell any articles of victuals which he
may bring or send to the said town, or within two miles thereof,
for sale, except the articles hereinbefore excepted, either upon
the stated market days or on any other days during market hours,
at any other place than the said market-house, he shall forfeit
the sum of two dollars and fifty cents.

80. If any person shall butcher any kind of cattle, sheep or
hogs in or under the market-house in said town, he shall forfeit
the sum of two dollars and fifty cents.
