which case said sale shall be set aside by said court, and another
sale at once, by said court, shall be ordered to take place within
thirty days from said date, unless said person shall pay said taxes
and all interest thereon, including the cost of said proceeding
directing said sale and printing the notices of delinquency, as
aforesaid; and the collector's deed, without further proceedings,
except as above stated, shall be conclusive against delinquent and
all claiming under, by and through him, and against incumbrances;
provided, said deed and plat are filed for record within six months;
and in case delinquent's land is indivisible, the surveyor and ap-
praisers shall report the fact, with the appraised value of the same
at cash value, and the court shall order the sale of the same in same
manner, and the collector's deed shall have same effect; provided,
the real estate sells at such sale for one-half of its appraised value;
and the surplus in either case shall be paid over to the person en-
titled thereto.

225. The bond of any collector failing to comply with the
preceding sections of this sub-title of this article shall be put in
suit by the county commissioners at the January term of the
circuit court for Somerset county next after the said first day of
December, unless said collector shall show a good and sufficient
reason for a postponement of such action, but such postponement
shall not be for a longer period than one term of said court.

226. All documents, books and papers belonging to the office
of any collector, are hereby declared to be the property of Somer-
set county, and at all times shall bo subject to the examination of
the county commissioners.

227 The county commissioners of Somerset county shall
appoint one supervisor of roads for each of the election districts
of the said county, who shall hold his office for two years, or
until his successor is duly appointed and qualified, and shall be

subject to removal by the said commissioners for incompetency,

wilful neglect of duty or misdemeanor in office.
