lars nor more than two hundred dollars for the first offence; and
if convicted the second time for a like offence, he shall be fined a
sum not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dol-
lars, and be confined in the county jail until said fines shall be
paid; said fines to be collected in the same manner as similar
fines are collected by law.

22. There shall be two regular terms of the circuit courts for
the several counties of St. Mary's, Calvert, Prince George's and
Charles, composing the seventh judicial circuit of this State, to
which jurors shall be summoned, and said terms shall be held at
the following times: for St. Mary's county, at Leonardtown, on
the third Monday of March and September in each year; for
Calvert county, at Prince Frederick, on the first Monday of May
and the Wednesday next after the first Monday of November in
each year; for Prince George's county, at Upper Marlboro', on
the first Monday of April and October in each year, and for
Charles county, at Port Tobacco, on the third Monday of May
and November in each year.

23. There shall be two other and intermediate terms of each
of said courts, to which jurors shall not be summoned, to be held
at the several places mentioned, and at the following times: for
St. Mary's county, on the first Monday of June and December;
for Calvert county, on the first Monday of July and February;
for Prince George's county, on the third Monday of January
and June, and for Charles county, on the third Monday of Feb-
ruary and July in each year.

24. It shall be the duty of the clerk of the circuit court to
enter in general indices all conveyances hereafter recorded, for
which service he shall be allowed the same compensation as is
allowed for similar services, to be paid for by the grantee in the
conveyance as other costs are paid.
