172 BALTIMORE COUNTY. [ART. 3.

ARTICLE III.

BALTIMORE COUNTY.

Birds and Game.

1. What birds unlawful to kill.
2. Unlawful to disturb eggs of such.
3. Penalty for violation of sections 1
and 2, prosecution to be before
justice of the peace.
4. Possession of such birds prima facie
evidence of guilt.
5. Rabbits and woodcocks, when law-
ful to kill
6. Violation of section o, penalty.
7 Non-residents must procure license
to kill such, penalty
8. Possession of game mentioned in
sections 5, 6, 7, prima facie evi-
dence of guilt
9. To whom fines are to be paid.

11. Bounty paid for destruction of
