vouchers ; and all such vouchers, certificates and bonds shall be
properly preserved by the board of commissioners.

120. It shall be the duty of the commissioners, other than the
treasurer, to examine the reports and vouchers of the treasurer to
the commissioners every three months, and in case of fraud, the
remaining two commissioners are empowered to expel said treas-
urer from their board as a commissioner, and to bring suit in the
name of the commissioners against said treasurer and his bond
for the recovery of moneys due the corporation.

121. There shall be two terms of the circuit court for Queen.
Anne's county, commencing at Centreville, in said county, on
the first Monday in May and the first Monday in November, in
each year.

122. The judges of the circuit court for said county, in their
discretion, may appoint intermediate terms between the circuit
court terms, for the transaction of equity and other business not
requiring a jury, to which said terms process shall be returnable
as well as to the stated terms of the court.

123. The clerk of the circuit court shall keep an index of all
judgments and decrees on the dockets of said court in the names.

receive from any person depositing in his office for record any
deed or writing relating to the conveyance or transfer of real
estate or personal property, the sum of five cents for each name
appearing as a party to such deed or writing, for the purpose of
continuing the general index of conveyances.
