applied to no other use or purpose whatsoever than as provided
for in this section; and should the county commissioners misap-
ply any of said moneys, then said county commissioners so mis-
applying any of said moneys shall be liable to indictment by the
grand jury, and shall be punished by imprisonment in jail for
not less than one year nor more than three years, and limitations
shall be no bar to said indictment; and the first money raised by
the sale of these bonds shall be used in the first place to pay in
cash the certificates of jurors, witnesses and bailiff hereafter attend-
ing the circuit court for said county; and in the second place,
for work hereafter to be done upon the public roads; and in the
third place, in the settlement of all other county indebtedness in
the order in which the county commissioners in their discretion
may determine to settle.

103. All money raised by the sale of said bonds shall be
placed in bank subject to the order of the board of county com-
missioners, and shall be paid only upon their order, counter-
signed by the clerk to said board of county commissioners.

104. The treasurer and collector of taxes for Prince George's
county shall report and account to the county commissioners for
«11 taxes placed in his hands for collection, and shall hold all
moneys collected for county purposes, subject to the order of the
county commissioners.

105. At the general election of delegates every fourth year,
accounting from the year eighteen hundred and seventy-five, there
shall be elected a county treasurer for Prince George's county by
the qualified voters of said county, who shall hold his office for
four years, and until a successor is elected and qualified, and be
subject at all times to be removed for wilful neglect of duty, or
misdemeanor in office, upon conviction in a court of law.
