or indirectly, bartering or trading any kind of intoxicating
liquors in said county, upon conviction in the circuit court shall,
at the discretion of the court, pay a fine of not more than threes
hundred dollars nor less than fifty dollars.
LIME.

135. It shall not be lawful to sell any lime in said connty by
any bushel measure of less dimensions than the Winchester
bushel, containing twenty-one hundred and fifty and forty-two
hundredths cubic inches, and which has not been approved and
branded as required by law.

136. If any person shall sell lime in said county not measured
as prescribed in the preceding section, he shall forfeit and pay
for each offence the sum of ten dollars, to be collected in the
name of the State as other fines; one-half to the informer and the
other half to the use of the State.

137. The purchaser of any lime not measured as aforesaid,
may recover any deficiency which shall be found by the keeper
of the standard weights and measures for said county, to exist
between the measure of such seller and that required by section
135, or the value thereof, in any circuit court, or before any
justice of the peace of this State having jurisdiction thereof.
ORPHANS' COURT.

138. The regular terms of the orphans' court of said county
shall be held on the second Tuesday of every month of February,
April, June, August, October and December, and the said court
shall, if necessary, be held on the Tuesday of every week in the
year, and oftener if need be, according to its own adjournment.
