ARTICLE XVI.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

Almshouse.

1. Trustees of the poor a body corpo-
rate, corporate name, powers;
seal.
2. Trustees of the poor, their number
and appointment; term of office,
removals, vacancies, how filled.
3. Trustees of the poor, oath; by
whom administered
4. Trustees of the poor, refusal or
delay to qualify, penalty; who
exempt, who ineligible.
B. Overseer, when and how ap-
pointed, his salary, other ser-
vants and officers.
6. Overseer, his bond.
7. Removal of overseer and other
officers.
8. Overseer, on vacation of the office,
almshouse and effects to be de-
livered to trustees, sheriff to
enforce delivery.
9. Clerk of trustees, on vacation of
the office, effects to be delivered
