161. He shall attend the meetings of said commissioners
whenever required, to perform such services as shall be directed
by the commissioners.

162. The said commissioners may allow such compensation to
the clerk of the market and bailiff as they may think proper.

163. No person shall suffer his hogs to go at large within the
circle of half a mile from the mill in said town, and the commis-
sioners may provide for enforcing this section.

164. All penalties, fines and forfeitures which may be incurred
by any person under the provisions of this sub-title of this article,
in relation, to Millington, may be recovered in the name of the
said commissioners, before a justice of the peace, as small debts,
and shall be appropriated to the benefit of said town.
OFFICERS' FEES.
1876, ch. 216.
165. All accounts for officers' fees shall be made out in a fair
and clear manner, and in words at length; and whenever any
person interested in them, or to whom the same are charged, shall
require a copy of such account, said officers shall in as short a time
as may be convenient, give him an account of said charges in
words at length; and no account for officers' fees, rendered for
services to or in behalf of any county of this State, shall be al-
lowed by the county commissioners thereof, until said account has
been submitted to and approved by the circuit court for said
county.

166. The preceding section shall only apply to the counties of
Kent, Caroline, Talbot, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Charles,
Harford and Dorchester.
