94. One-half of the net amount of such sale, after deducting-
the charges for advertising and keeping such cattle, sheep and
hogs, shall belong to .the person so detecting or taking them up,
and the other half shall be paid to the county commissioners, to
be applied or divided equally among the public schools in said
county.

95. If it shall appear that the drover and person employed by
him to drive said cattle, sheep and hogs were ignorant of the pro-
visions of this sub-title of this article, or had no intention to
evade them, or upon reasonable notice of their existence, shall
proceed to mark said cattle, sheep or hogs in the manner required
by section 92; the two preceding sections shall not be applicable
to such case.

96. Kent county is divided into five election districts, accord-
ing to their present bounds and limits, and elections for all public
officers shall be held in each of said districts at the places now
established by law for that purpose.

97. The fourth election district is divided into two voting
precincts, with the metes and bounds now established by law.

98. It shall be the duty of the county commissioners to
appoint three persons for each of said precincts, residents thereof,
to act as judges of elections for said precincts, and who shall
perform the duties of their office in the manner required by the
election laws of the State; and such judges shall make their
returns in the same manner as if the said precincts were districts,
and in accordance with the laws applicable to judges of election
for districts, and they shall receive the same compensation as
other judges of election in said county.
