for the said period of three gunning days the said persons, craft
and gunning outfit shall be considered to be without license; and
in case of any violation of thia section, the penalty shall be the
same as is imposed upon persons and crafts gunning without
license; and the said prohibition shall not be relieved or stayed
by an appeal.

301. The commander of the State police force shall have, and
is hereby invested with concurrent jurisdiction and authority
with the board of special police, appointed by section 296, to
arrest without warrant for any violation of any of the provisions
of sections 278 to 300, inclusive.

302. If any person at any time shall use or have in his pos-
session, or sell, or dispose of, any sink-boat, sneak-boat, float or
big or swivel gun, with the intent and for the purpose of shoot-
ing at or killing wild ducks or water-fowl of any kind, in any of
the waters of Harford or Baltimore counties, or of the Chesa-
peake bay, adjacent thereto, up to the middle of said bay, every
such person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on
conviction of having violated this section, shall pay a fine of not
less than fifty dollars nor more than two hundred dollars for each
and every offence; and the possession, or sale, or disposition by
any person of any sink-boat, sneak-boat, or big or swivel gun, in
either of said counties, or the waters aforesaid, shall be deemed
prima facie evidence of its being possessed, or sold, or disposed
of, with the intent, and for the purpose of shooting at or killing
wild ducks or other water-fowl in the said waters; and any big
or swivel gun found at any place in either of said counties,
unclaimed, may lawfully be seized by any person and destroyed
or rendered useless.

303. If any person shall shoot at or kill any wild duck or
other water-fowl of any kind, in any manner, whether from the
shore or otherwise, in the night time, in, on or over the waters
aforesaid, or the shores thereof, every such person, whether en-
gaged therein directly or indirectly, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and on conviction of having violated this section,
